About Food Preparation and Cookery Level 1

Cooking and preparing foodstuff and food items can cause a very high impact on our lives, especially in the Food and Nutrition Sector, and that is why our Training Institution offers this course to our students. It allows them to learn the basic skills and knowledge of food preparation and cooking necessary for sous chef or other entry-level positions in hospitality organizations.
